High-speed progressive die stamping press

High-Speed Progressive Die Stamping

Our progressive die high-speed stamping department operates Bruderer-class presses to stamp copper-based alloys, aluminum, ferrous, and exotic metals at speeds up to 1,500 strokes per minute. This increased speed enables quick turnaround of multi-million-piece projects. High-speed parts are stamped while running multiple-up tooling progressions at tremendous speeds to yield cost-effective parts for our customers.

Stamping features include automated in-die assembled, bi-metal, coated, coined, compliant pin (eye of the needle), countersunk, critical dimensions, EB welded, embossed, enameled, eyelets, flat, formed, heat-treated, IDC slots, inlay, multiple stamping, numbering, precious metal plated, reeled, shape critical, skived, strain relief, surface critical, surface mounted, tapped, threaded, tip coin and tuning forks.

Kravzik provides efficient, quality-driven die high-speed metal stamping services for a variety of market segments utilizing innovative equipment and knowledgeable personnel. Our in-house tool room allows us to build precision progressive dies for production stamping, ensuring the most efficient solution for complex tooling requirements and intricate part designs.

Press Monitoring

The press monitoring system tracks production OEE and offers real-time data feedback from every press on the shop floor. Data collected is used to drive efficiency and eliminate downtime so raw material is processed through machines quicker. Multiple in-die sensors and in-line camera vision systems inspect critical dimensions of all running parts at high speed and high accuracy to eliminate error and ensure consistent delivery of quality parts.

Leading Technology

We invest in cutting-edge technology to drive process efficiencies and produce high-quality, cost-effective product. Our progressive die metal stamping technology from Bruderer — leaders in stamping automation — is capable of producing with more precision and accuracy, achieving complex geometries and tighter tolerances. A dedicated automation department develops in-die sensor technology and camera vision systems used to incorporate quality assurance through all phases of stamping production.

Building Partnerships

We are known for building partnerships through a co-engineered approach to collaboratively address design and manufacturing challenges alongside our customers. Together with customer engineering and sourcing teams, we routinely co-develop solutions and bring cost-saving ideas to complex projects. Decades of experience has proven that the most cost-effective manufacturing strategies synergize the best engineering practices at both the customer and our facility.
